1. Downloads are for your personal use only. They are not to be shared with anyone else.

2. No refunds are available unless you received an incorrect download. Contact us at info@anjionline.com if you believe you have received an incorrect download.

3. It is your responsibility to download the product to your personal device. We are happy to help troubleshoot, but cannot be responsible for knowledge of all devices.

4. If you lose your download product, we are happy to resend a link to the product as long as you can provide the email address used to purchase your product.
